Subject	Smoking engine/exhaust manifold

Message	Just changed the oil/filter and valve cover gaskets and everything's running good but there's a significant amount of smoke coming from the exhaust manifold, looks like there's some oil on it but I've rinsed it off and it still smokes, but only once the car is off. It runs fine and isn't overheating but once I turn the car off I can see dripping liquid onto the exhaust manifold and starts smoking. It looks kinda like oil but it's really thin. Do you guys think it's just oil/water/coolant from when I took off the hoses etc and when I filled the oil? Z's are a dream to drive and a nightmare to work on
